White and grey 13ft x 11ft (4m x 3.3m) activity bouncer with balloon jugglers packaged together with our luxury all-white soft play set comprising 10 blocks, ball pool, step'n'slide and double rocker. . Please specify balloon colour(s) required when booking. This package deal can be customised with items from any of our other themes from £20. We also offer ball pool personalisation too! When booking this equipment, you will be booking a one hour set up slot for a 2-3 hour party. Price does not include delivery (see our Ts & Cs for current delivery rates). The soft play will require approximately 10ft x 12ft of floorspace, but please allow space all around for safety. The bouncy castle is 10ft x 12ft, but will require 18ft x 28ft of floorspace to allow space all around it for safety. We will also require a height clearance of at least 7.5ft. Indoor hire only.
Cancellation Policy
Reserving your slot A booking/admin fee of 30% of the booking total is due immediately to secure the booked date, time and equipment. Until this payment is received, we cannot reserve the equipment for your party but will issue a booking confirmation to acknowledge the details of your booking request. This booking confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail, and it is your responsibility to check that the details provided are correct. Should any details need to be changed at a later date, we will issue a revised booking confirmation. Please contact us immediately (and at least 48 hours before your booking) if you have not received a booking confirmation. The booking/admin Fee The booking/admin fee comes off the total and is normally non-refundable, as it secures your slot against other bookings and covers the cost of the admin and other preparation work that goes into your hire. We will, however, give a refund if we have to cancel for any reason. If you cancel, you can still carry the booking/admin fee over to another booking within 12 months of the original hire date. (Unfortunately this does not apply if booking is cancelled within 24 hours of hire slot.) Cancellation policy The full amount will fall due for bookings that are cancelled within 24 hours of the hire slot.
